THE LAST APPEARANCE

Herein ends the last phase of the Memoirs of David, given to this modern-day recorder in its current format and presented to the reader as a first person narrative to denote those passages spoken directly to Mark, shortly before David's ascension into heaven. The Essenic community of Beth`an (Bethania/Qumram) being the location of his last appearance here on earth.

The rest of David's testimonial shall appear in the third personage; henceforth described as Book Two, The Recollections of Mark or the Testimony of Mark. For it is his eye-witness account of the days that followed. It also constitutes what can only be described as a small portion of Mark's own autobiography.
